Inside today's episode, Cathy Jo will share valuable information she's learned over the years as a Maternal Child and NICU Registered Nurse and Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant.  She will share helpful information, suggest reading early in your pregnancy and taking a Breastfeeding class, as well as recommend supplies that are necessary and/or helpful.  Most importantly, she suggests that do your best but go easy on yourself in the process.  Don't be afraid to ask questions or request added support.
